Yo Maps fans finally have an official title for his upcoming project. The singer revealed his album’s title, Try Again, on social media during a joint media briefing with Kwithu FM and the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The new project is set for official launch on May 27, 2023.
“This album is about motivating and encouraging people who are going through the most in life.” He said.
But for a musician like Yo Maps, simply trying to recreate the same sound would be shooting himself in the foot, especially given the new competition in the industry. As evidenced by the recent release Fatima which features South African singer Berita, the project is expected to enlist various other international artists.
To build up the hype, Kabwe-bred artist Yo Maps, has already kicked off the year with a bang. Having already dropped Kale Wemunandi single in January. And now, Fatima single which is expected to be part of the 12 to 15 track Try Again album.
Other upcoming music videos to lookout for from Yo Maps this year includes; Kale Wemunandi, Pa Shoulder, Move On, Bebe Bebe, Proud Of You, Chale, and Don’t Stress Me.
